Workout Log Privacy Policy

Effective October 29, 2026

The short version: Workout Log keeps your workouts on your iPhone. We don't collect, see, sell, or share any of your information. There are no accounts, no ads, and no tracking.

Who we are

Workout Log is made by SayRequest LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us"). This policy explains how the Workout Log app for iPhone handles your information.

What the app stores

When you use Workout Log, the app saves the following on your iPhone:

All of this stays on your device. The app has no account or sign-in, and it does not send your workout data to us or to anyone else. We have no servers that receive it, and we cannot see it.

What we don't collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, health data, contacts, photos, or device identifiers. The app has no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools.

Purchases and Pro

Workout Log Pro subscriptions and offer codes are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. Apple only tells the app whether Pro is active on your Apple Account so the right features unlock. Apple's handling of purchases is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

Apple Music

If you choose to connect Apple Music, the app asks your permission to access your music library. It uses that access only on your iPhone, to show what's playing, list your playlists, and play, pause or skip songs. Your music information is never sent anywhere. You can turn this access off anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Media & Apple Music.

Other music apps

The app checks which supported music apps (such as Spotify or YouTube Music) are installed so it can show them in the Music menu and open them for you. This check happens only on your iPhone, and nothing is shared with those apps or with us.

How long data is kept

Workout Log keeps 12 months of workouts. When a new month starts, workouts from the same month a year earlier are cleared automatically. You can delete any workout yourself at any time. Deleting the app erases everything it stored on your iPhone.

If your iPhone is backed up to iCloud or your computer, those backups may include the app's data. Backups are managed by Apple and by you, not by us.

Children

Workout Log is not directed to children under 13. Because the app does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also note it in the app's App Store update notes.
